New places to rent
Parap Gateway Redevelopment
The Territory Government’s first major redevelopment of housing stock will be units in Parap. These units were identified by the Government in the August 2008 election.
These units will be the first stock redeveloped in joint partnership between the Government, the private sector and the Affordable Housing Rental Company.
Parap Gateway will be mixed blocks of private, public and affordable units with involvement by the Affordable Housing Rental Company.
