Low to Middle Income Home Ownership Assistance Scheme
HOMESTART NT
HOMESTART NT is an NT Government initiative to help more Territorians buy their own home at an affordable price. With financial support from HOMESTART NT, low to middle income Territorians will have access to about 40% of the property market – without investing more than 30% of their income.
HOMESTART NT features:
- low 2% deposit
- fee assistance loans and
- shared equity loans.
HOMESTART NT will be reviewed regularly to ensure it keeps pace with the market and continues to support Territory families to become home owners.
