Zuccoli
The future suburb of Zuccoli will be the largest of the Palmerston East suburbs. Zuccoli is located on the southern side of Lambrick Ave bounded by Roystonea Ave to the west.
Planning continues to progress with land capability and associated studies having been recently completed allowing development boundaries to be further refined.
The more detailed planning for Stage 1 of the suburb will be undertaken in August 2009, with preliminary design work to commence shortly thereafter. Early estimates are that this suburb will eventually provide around 1880 new homes for Territorians.
