Mt Johns Valley
The Development Consent Authority has approved the first stage subdivision for residential development on 14 hectares in Mt Johns Valley.
The first stage will offer a range of blocks including 23 single dwelling blocks, four large multiple dwelling blocks and a large parcel of land for construction of up to 50 units.
The first blocks will be for sale off the plan in the near future through the marketing agents, and work on the subdivision development is scheduled to begin by the end of the year. Housing construction expected in the second half of next year.
