Bellamack

Bellamack, the first of the four new suburbs being developed in Palmerston East, will provide 670 new housing lots over the next 4 to 5 years.

Consortium Urban Pacific and Brierty have commenced site works on 1 June 2009 on the first stage that will provide 234 residential lots and three open space lots. The first 90 lots will go on sale in 2009, the first release of 48 blocks were sold off the plan on 4 July 2009. Other lots will be available for affordable and community housing.

Urban Pacific and Brierty, the subdivision developers, are registering expressions of interest for people interested in purchasing lots, and details on proposed stages can be obtained from the website.
