Bellamack HomeFirst affordable house and land packages ballot open now!

The ballot for the first 12 lots allocated for affordable house and land packages at the new Palmerston suburb of Bellamack now open.

Bellamack is the first of four new suburbs for Palmerston which will feature 670 lots. To help more Territorians own their home, 67 of these will be allocated as affordable housing.

The lots range in size from 480sqm to 578sqm and are suitable for two and three bedroom homes. House and land packages are available between $338,000 and $381,000 will provide affordable home ownership opportunities for Territorians earning low to middle incomes.

To be eligible for an affordable housing lot at Bellamack, home buyers must:

be an Australian citizen aged 18 years or over
not currently own a property in Australia
have pre-approval finance
meet income limits as per HOMESTART NT
agree to live in the property for a continuous period of at least two years from the date of the issue of an occupancy permit for the dwelling.
